After a shop is live on Xero, they (or RIS as advisor) will connect that org, pull the week’s employees and timesheets, map earnings rates to prevailing-wage trades, and generate the same certified payroll PDF. US Xero Payroll is Gusto-powered — we operate their Xero/Gusto as a service. We do not invent tax filing in this app.
